The holidays are just around the corner and that means that we are shopping again en masse. Last year, one in five Dutch people appeared to think more consciously about what they buy, and that number is increasing. To inspire consumers, organizations and (local) governments about how – and where – to purchase responsibly, Amsterdam, The Hague, Haarlem, Rotterdam and Utrecht, together with social entrepreneurs from the city, are organizing The Impact Days 2021.
During the fourth edition of this event, the Netherlands’ most innovative entrepreneurs and sustainable pioneers will open their doors to anyone who wants to purchase responsibly. During the holidays and beyond.
In Haarlem, too, all places are made visible where a sustainable and fair world is being built. From November 18 you can go to these shops and companies for the coolest gadgets, cool designer items – whether or not made from recycled textiles – and the latest trends in, for example, plant-based food. Enough to get for the upcoming holidays, but there’s even more! During these days dedicated to corporate responsibility, you can also participate in workshops or take an inspiring look behind the scenes at these game changers.
Curious? The full program can be found on the website of The Impact Days.
